Robert Smith
Rob discovered Yoga while in college but didn’t become a serious
devoted yogi with a daily practice until much later in life. He found
that Yoga helped him find a balance between strength, flexibility and
spirituality. “Yoga was instrumental in helping me get through the
worst period in my life, and my goal is to help others to become
stronger physically, emotionally, and spiritually”.
Rob primarily practices Vinyasa and Yin, with occasional hot yoga
classes. He is an RYT200 certified Yoga instructor, and also is
certified in Restorative Yoga. He currently teaches Yin Yoga and
Vinyasa classes.
Rob’s classes focus on flow, sweat, and breathing, while deepening the
mind/body connection.
