Yin & Yoga Nidra
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, meditative style of yoga that stretches and targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, muscles, fascia, and ligaments throughout the body. Poses are held for longer periods of time, which may increase circulation and mobility in joints, improve flexibility, and improve energy flow. Yin yoga gives you the opportunity and space to draw your attention inward and tune into both your mind and physical sensations to create a more calm and balanced being. The practice will end with a guided Yoga Nidra, a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
Cost: $15-$30
