Community Practice (Sunday Seva)

Each month our studio will support a local organization and at the end of the month we’ll have a donation class for the cause.  Community supporting community.

For December we are supporting The Center for Loss & Bereavement: a Skippack-based non-profit that offers counseling services, education & support to those navigating the intense experience of grief, from children to adult.  

Our next Sunday Seva will be Dec 28, 2024. 

Beginner Series

Join us for a beginner-friendly yoga series designed to build a strong foundation for your practice. Each week, we’ll explore essential elements such as sun salutations, forward folds, backbends, breathwork, and mediation all tailored to a beginner’s perspective. You’ll gain an understanding of alignment and discover personalized variations to suit your unique physical needs – valuable tools you can carry into any class. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refresh your skills, this series offers a perfect opportunity to reconnect with the basics. Each session will combine lecture and guided practice for a well-rounded learning experience.
