Kimberly McNelis

Kim discovered yoga in 1999 as a way to complement her running routine. What began as stretching soon evolved into a lifelong practice rooted in self-awareness and balance. Over the years, she explored multiple styles – including Hatha, Baptiste, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative, and Aerial – before feeling called to teach.
She completed her 200-hour certification at Moyo Yoga in 2013 and her RYT-500 training through the Himalayan Institute and Moondog Yoga in 2020. Kim is also certified in Unnata® Aerial Yoga (Levels 1 & 2).
Kim’s classes offer a mindful, slow-flow approach, blending movement with intention, music, and inspiration to create a space for strength, grace, and inner connection.
When she’s not teaching, Kim enjoys time in nature with her rescue dog, Willow, traveling, reading mysteries, and relaxing with a great series.
