Amanda Martin

Amanda discovered yoga several years ago after injuring her IT band while training for
a half-marathon. What began as a way to heal soon became something much deeper
— a grounding space that taught her how strength and softness can coexist.

In 2024, a yoga retreat in Costa Rica deepened her practice and inspired her to pursue
teacher training. In 2025, Amanda completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher
Training at Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary (Sellersville, PA), a life-changing experience that
renewed her body, mind and spirit and revealed yoga’s power beyond the mat.

Amanda’s teaching blends Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga, focusing on mindful
movement, breath awareness and self-compassion. She creates a supportive, uplifting
and positive environment where every body can move with both effort and ease.

Off the mat, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, beach getaways, art festivals and
gardening. Passionate about Ayurveda and holistic wellness, Amanda believes in
cultivating strength from the inside out through an active, healthy lifestyle.
