Biography
Christy Holland offers workshops, classes, therapies, and retreats designed to support our journeys toward happier, healthier, and more meaningful lives. Her diverse offerings include healing practices such as yoga, QiGong, and creative expression through doodling, journaling, and embodied movement to music.
With extensive knowledge of trauma and its effects on our lives—particularly on the nervous system—Christy believes that healing is not a singular event, but a series of micro-moments that foster connections with ourselves and others. She emphasizes self-love, acceptance, and recognizing our inherent value and purpose. While acknowledging that shifts and changes can be uncomfortable, she views them as catalysts for growth.
Christy is a 300-hour certified yoga instructor from Verge Yoga and Moyo Yoga, and a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist from the Levin Institute for Expressive Movement. She holds a Master’s degree in Group Process and Group Psychodynamics and has a background in leading organizations to enhance team building, strategy, and results. Additionally, she is trained as an organizational consultant, personal and professional development coach, and group facilitator.
With over 500 hours of training in trauma-informed practices and healing modalities, Christy integrates mindfulness into all her offerings, providing a grounded approach to collective growth.
