In this class we’ll link breath to movement for a strong, active practice. We’ll cultivate heat by moving through grounded and standing postures while focusing on the power of breath awareness. Our hope is for students to find mental concentration through movement leading to deeper relaxation and steadiness. Good for students with moderate fitness/mobility.
