Embodiment means to bring something into complete form. In EmbodyFlow Yoga, you’ll learn to recruit and strengthen muscles you didn’t know you had. Your practice will move beyond the rectangle of your mat. This flow is driven by the principles of biodynamic yoga, a distinct way to move that develops your body’s resilience and efficacy. Weaving together movements that activate brain-body connection, nervous system processing, body postural understanding, breath mechanics, and intuitive movement, this whole-body flow will invigorate and inspire!
