Join Our 4-Week Children’s Yoga Series for Grades 3-5
A fun and engaging yoga program designed just for kids! This 4-week series will help children build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while having a great time! Yoga helps improve focus, coordination, and confidence while promoting a sense of calm and well-being. This is a wonderful way for kids to stay active and develop healthy habits in a supportive environment.
When: Saturdays in March (3/1, 3/8, 3/22 and 3/29) from 1:00p.m. – 1:45 p.m.
Cost: $40 – $60 per child for 4-week program

What to Expect:
- Beginner-friendly yoga poses
- Breathing exercises & calming techniques, which can be applied to everyday situations!
- Mindfulness activities
- Fun movement games and/or crafts
