In this slow flow yoga class, we’ll practice at a slow, meditative pace, incorporating simple flowing sequences to warm up the body and focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. We’ll emphasize peace and calm in body and mind by holding poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose.
