Jenni Guevara

Jenni is a true believer that Yoga is a practice of every second, of every day. As a child she was introduced to the wonders of esoteric teachings by her parents, and was immersed in meditation and different teachings from a young age. When the wholeness of Yoga found her and led her down the path of inward exploration, she took everything she had ever learned and practiced, and ran with it.
In her 10 years of teaching she has acquired her RYT-500 certification along with hundreds of more continuing education hours to better hone her skills of movement, anatomy, philosophy, pranayama, and meditation. Having been active and athletic for the majority of her life, Jenni blends strength, balance, mobility, and carefully thought out stretching into her physical Yoga practice and teachings. Her classes are a mixture of an uplifting atmosphere, with a true intent to feel, and observe. Focusing on breath awareness/presence and alignment are big staples, while intertwining the deeper focus that our true practice encourages. She enjoys blending modern yoga with classical yoga and greatly encourages her students to find a relationship with the practice outside of the studio and off the mat. Meditation in her classes is never rushed nor ignored, and you can be ready to explore the practice of Pranayama/breath work and/or Mantra at some point in a class. With a passion for the quicker, deeper asanas as well as the stillness and silence, Jenni enjoys offering a mix of classes and styles. Her experience as a teacher has allowed her to teach not only in studios, but privately with one on one students, small groups, corporate companies, and universities, to name a few. Sharing the practice is one of her greatest passions, and she will always be a student of Yoga and Meditation.
Also having completed her Reiki II Certification, she has merged it with her passion of leading a healthy, compassionate, and spiritually driven life.
A mother, a wife, and a lover of life, she can often be found outdoors, spending time with her family, and taking a playful approach to all of life.
