Cindy graduated from Anahata’s certified 200-hour Yoga teacher training in 2020.
Cindy believes that yoga is for everyBODY and that each person comes to the mat with a uniquely abled body and busy mind. Finding stillness in her mind and body are some of the many gifts that yoga has helped Cindy discover, inspiring her to learn more and want to share yoga with others. Her intention is to create a safe and inclusive space for students of all levels and abilities, helping them find self-compassion and stillness through mindful movements, breath, and alignment. Cindy also enjoys expanding her knowledge of yoga, practicing Reiki, mudras, and meditation.
Outside of the yoga studio, Cindy finds joy in spending time with friends and family, hiking, taking pictures in local parks on the weekends, and walking their family dog, Gracie. She and her husband live in Harleysville with their two daughters.
