In this class you’ll embrace your relationship to movement through yoga asanas and techniques which will enhance your mobility both on and off the mat. The goal of primal vinyasa is to empower and explore your own ability to heal, grow, and discover the innate wisdom of yourself.

Primal Vinyasa explores our instinctive inheritance for moving. It integrates 5 categories:

  1. Fundamentals – breath intelligence, multi-planar/multi-joint movement

  2. Contralateral – brain-body balancing and non-linear movement

  3. Sensory Processing – integrating our inner and outer senses

  4. Ground Reaction Force – equal and opposite: push/pull, squat/stand, expand/contract

  5. Migration – connecting with our ancestor’s paths, coordination and function
