Angelina Viola

Angelina Viola first discovered yoga several years ago when her father invited her to a Vinyasa
flow class in her hometown of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. From the very first practice, she was
captivated. She quickly joined a studio and immersed herself fully, attending classes once—and
often even twice—a day. The union of movement and breath brought her a sense of intention
and clarity she had long been searching for, allowing her to move through life with greater
presence and purpose.
The following year, Angelina relocated to Washington, D.C., where she continued her practice
while working at the front desk of a yoga studio. This experience offered her a glimpse behind
the scenes of the yoga community and deepened her desire to eventually become a teacher
herself. Five years later, in August of 2024, she fulfilled that dream, traveling to Ubud, Bali, to
complete her 200-hour teacher training certification.
Her time in Bali was profoundly transformative. Immersed in the roots of yoga, she discovered
new depths of peace through meditation, pranayama, and asana. The emotional release and
clarity she experienced continue to inspire her daily, fueling her passion to share yoga’s gifts
with others. Angelina views yoga as a lifelong journey—one of healing, growth, and
self-discovery—and she is devoted to creating a space where others can explore their own path
toward health, happiness, and wholeness.
Alongside yoga, Angelina has a deep passion for health, nutrition, and physiology. She is
currently pursuing her second degree in nursing, driven by her desire to better understand the
human body and how to nurture it with care and compassion.
When she is not studying or teaching, Angelina enjoys spending time with family and friends,
hiking, cooking, singing, and, as a true Floridian at heart, relaxing by the beach.
