All levels yoga class that focuses on using the breath to find a deeper full body stretch and strengthening with the added bonus of giving the active mind a break!
Vinyasa Flow will be back next week!
In this class we’ll link breath to movement for a strong, active practice. We’ll cultivate heat by moving through grounded and standing postures while focusing on the power of breath awareness. Our hope is for students to find mental concentration through movement leading to deeper relaxation and steadiness. Good for students with moderate fitness/mobility.
