Join us as we dive into the basics of Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga and an ancient system of natural healing that originated in India over 5000 years ago. Through the elements and layers of consciousness, Ayurveda gives us a toolkit for understanding our health and well-being.

Ayurveda focuses on achieving balance between the body, mind, and spirit through suggestions for nutrition, lifestyle choices and yoga practice; as well as what the spring season necessitates for us all to feel balanced and supported.

This workshop will be led by Rachel May, who has been teaching yoga, Sri Vidya & Ayurveda for 24 years. Her work as an Ayurvedic practitioner has been universal with a special focus on support those navigating mental illness, addiction and menopause.
