In this class we’ll flow through postures at a slower pace with longer holds and utilize props (blocks, straps, etc.) and modifications to enable focused, mindful movements. We’ll provide alignment-based cues and maintain certain key yoga principles in an adaptable way to fit every body. The main goals of alignment are to maximize the benefits in each posture and reduce susceptibility to injuries, and also create beautiful shapes with the body.
